Waiting times and routes/Travel planner
Use the website muovi.roma.it, optimized for mobile devices (phone/tablet) and also available in english or try Moovit App that uses official atac expected times.
Ticket sales
Avoid using the automatic machines that usually fail to print tickets and do not give you back the money.
We suggest and advice to use MyCicero app for smartphone, authorized resellers and/or ATAC ticket offices in major stations:
- metro A: ANAGNINA, BATTISTINI, LEPANTO, OTTAVIANO, SPAGNA, TERMINI
- metro B: LAURENTINA, EUR FERMI, PONTE MAMMOLO, CONCA D'ORO, TERMINI P.TA SAN PAOLO,

Bikes
- Foldable bikes transportation: free of charge, as long as the folded bike dimensions are not more than 110x80x40 centimetres.
- Normal bikes have fee and some limitations:
- Must not use buses, tram and metro during working days (mon-fri) from 7.00 to 10.00 and from 12.00 to 20.00. During weekends and on August bikes are admitted. Not all buses and tram are suitable for bike transportation: you can transport bikes only in lines 83, 118, 412, 715, 772, 791, 911, 120F, 180F and low-floor trams (9100 and 9200 series) that expose the bike sign. Moreover some A line metro station are not available for bike transportation, which means you won't be able to enter these stations and get off at these stations when you carry a normal bike.
- Must not get on ROMA-LIDO line on working days (mon-fri) from 12.30 to 20 in Ostia direction, from 7.00 to 10.30 and from 13.00 to 16.00 in Rome direction. No limitations during weekends and on August .
- The ticket fare for bike transportation is one ticket for bike, except for metrebus subscription.

If you lose the money using a ticket machine, please follow these instructions to get a refund:
